Teens for Action and Sustainability

Teens for Action and Sustainability (TAS) is a youth-led nonprofit working to address and recognize local-level issues to move towards a healthier community. Our mission in York County Virginia and surrounding areas is to raise awareness, educate, and engage young people in civic action, with a focus on pollution and food waste. Through teen leadership in organized events, volunteering, and educational posts, we aim to create a healthier, cleaner environment, and decrease food waste while improving food access for everyone.
